This is perfectly understandable and more common than you may think. The main thing to say here is that if you change your mind then you know that there are people there for you who want to help.

It may be that something happened whilst you were away and you can’t face talking about it or that at the moment you just can’t be bothered to go all through it. If this is the case then just try and keep it in mind that even though you don’t want to talk just now and think you never will, things may change in the future and it is never too late.
