Guilt is an emotion that is with all of us some of the time. We can feel guilty about the way we said something to another person, for taking the last piece of cake and for running away. One of the very best ways to ease the guilt you are feeling is to talk about what is making you feel that way, but in truth this can be a lot easier said than done.

Sometimes it’s good to remember that none of us can change the past and what is done is done, but talking about what happened can start to make things feel a bit better and can be the first step to beginning to move on.
